ricardo semler
When I started out in business Ricardo Semler was my first real inspiration – that there was another way to run a business, rather than the grey suits I was facing.
Semler is CEO of SEMCO – a Brazilian company that became known for its radical form of industrial democracy and corporate re-engineering.
Here’s one of my favourite quotes from his book ‘Maverick’:
