I am not sure unconditional kindness is ‘trendy’ in business right now, you have to be tough right?!

Well I met Lotte in a queue for a Patty Griffin concert and gave her my spare ticket. I don’t think she could quite believe I just gave it to her. She gave me a CD that she had in her bag, which turned out to be her still unreleased second album.

She was then kind enough to invite Jacqui and I to one of her gigs, which was fantastic and both my children love her music. I feel like I got a pretty brilliant return for my investment in unconditional kindness!
