into the wild

It’s not very often that a film leaves me speechless but this was exactly what happened with Into The Wild.

The film tells the story of Christopher McCandless who in 1990 after graduating from college donated his savings to Oxfam and set off on an adventure across the US to Alaska.

His personal story is told through extracts from his journals and describes his search for meaning in a world of expectation in which he chose to tread his own path and create a life of experience.

The film’s website describes his journey and I would recommend you take a look by clicking on the image.
